  • Do you accept pets? What is your pet policy?

Yes we do, we love pets. We’ve focused on making 925 Common the most cat and dog friendly apartments in New Orleans. Our pet policy is as follows:

Cats – All breeds of domestic cats are accepted. Pet Fee for cats is one-time $300.00 per cat.

Dogs – Most dog breeds are accepted, regardless of weight except the following: Pit-Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Siberian Husky, and PresaCanario. Pet Fee for dogs is one-time $500.00 per dog.

  • How much is the Security Deposit?

The security deposit is $500 and must be paid in full along with the Application Fee and Administrative Fee in order for an apartment to be reserved (taken off the market).

  • What are the Administrative and Application Fees?

These charges offset the costs associated with starting and processing an application, and they are:

  • Administrative Fee: $95
  • Application Fee: $65
  • I decided I want to lease an apartment from 925 Common, what do I need to do?

You will need to:

  • Pay the security deposit and fees in two separate payments (one for $500 and one for $160). Again, this may be done by checks or money orders at the Leasing Office, or online.
  • Provide proof of income
  • Provide proof of identity
  • Fill out an application, which may be done in person at the Leasing Office or online.
  • Do the apartments come with washer and dryer in the apartment?

Yes, every single one of our apartment residences has a washer and a dryer in it.

  • What appliances are included in the apartment?

All of our apartments come equipped with stove (cook top and oven), microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher.

  • Can I pay my rent online?

Yes, rent and other charges may be paid online; either as a monthly manual payment, or on a recurring basis.

  • Can I pay my rent through my bank’s bill payment service?

Yes, you may use your Financial Institution’s bill payment service to pay your rent. We suggest that you set up this payment to go out at least ten days prior to the end of the month to allow for processing and mailing times.

  • What utilities are included with the rent?

Rent includes: Water & Sewage, Trash & Recycling, quarterly Pest Control, and Wi-Fi.

  • Does 925 Common offer short term leases?

Yes, we offer leases as short as three months, however there is a short-term premium associated with all leases less than 12 months.

  • Does 925 Common offer furnished apartments?

Yes, we do offer fully furnished apartments. Please contact the Leasing Office for details.

  • Does 925 Common offer Corporate Housing?

Yes, Corporate Leases are one of our options. Please check with the Leasing Office for additional information.

  • How does parking work?

The valet-attended parking garage adjacent to our building is managed by Go Park. In order to set up a parking contract, please call 504-599-5932. Your parking contract would be separate from your apartment lease.

  • Does the office accept packages for residents?

Yes, as a courtesy to our residents, 925 Common office and door staff accept and sign for packages delivered throughout the day.
