Satisfaction Guaranteed! At 925 Common, your new apartment is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your apartment, you will be released from your lease contract without penalty.

We understand that this is your home and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied.

If you are not satisfied, please notify the leasing office of your expected move-out date. The move-out date must be within 30 days from date of move-in.

Why do we offer a satisfaction guarantee? 925 Common Management believes that our residents are the foundation of our company and we want to provide an excellent living experience for our residents.

We take great pride in being able to provide a knowledgeable, friendly team to welcome residents to the community and make the move as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

If we are unable to meet the expectations of the resident(s), they may also transfer to a different apartment within the community (subject to availability).  The transfer fee will be waived.
